Who are we looking for?

As a Paid Media Manager, your role will be key in strategising, coordinating and delivering paid marketing campaigns. Working across a wide range of clients, from lead players in the Fitness and Beauty industry to well-known Hospitality chains, the opportunities to drive growth and innovate within the paid space are endless.

Reporting directly to the Head of Performance, this is an excellent opportunity to join the business during an exciting stage of business growth.

The successful candidate will own campaigns, delivering ROI-focused performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they increase customer acquisition, retention and revenues, have the appropriate target audiences, and create long-term value for the business.

You will be given the freedom to innovate the agency's paid media offerings and help to grow client accounts, whilst managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your skills and experience

Ability to manage the performance of digital channels on a daily and weekly basis including conversion, brand, performance, revenue optimisation and more

Continuously support client growth through digital strategy and output

Confident in managing a wide range of client channels across various platforms

Creatively work with campaign testing tactics

Consistently report on competitor activity and performance channels focusing on paid activity

Up-to-date and informed regarding current trends and new technology that will support businesses/client growth

Drive innovative and streamlined solutions for performance activity

Experience managing and utilising affiliate marketing platforms

Ability to manage product feeds and paid shopping campaigns across multiple channels

What you will be doing

3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a proven track record in managing shopping campaigns.

Deep expertise in Google Ads (especially Performance Max and Shopping), Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, and feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Channable).

Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.

Ability to manage large-scale product catalogues and optimise feeds for multiple regions/languages.

Familiarity with attribution models, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Agency & client-facing background

Working experience with performance, development and user experience teams
